After months of engagement farming, DigiDaigaku Villains finally begin minting (January 27, 2023)

• The DigiDaigaku ecosystem is about to expand rapidly with the introduction of Villains this week and Dragons next month. While the original collections for DigiDaigaku had supplies of only 2,000 each, both Villains and Dragons have supplies of 10,000. It will be interesting to see how this expansion dilutes the value of the original collections. While this supply increase is undoubtedly bringing new people into the DigiDaigaku ecosystem, it is also pulling away some of the inherent demand that might have otherwise gone to the original collections. Historically, these drops are a net negative for ecosystems and result in collective floor prices falling across the board (i.e. World of Women with World of Women Galaxy).
