• Azuki has shaken up the market again with the announcement of its new collection: Azuki Elementals. This is being positioned as the second-tier Azuki collection with Beanz being relegated to the third-tier. The structure of this drop is interesting. While Azuki airdropped 100% of the Beanz collection for free, they have elected to airdrop only 50% of the elemental collection to existing Azuki holders. The remaining 50% are available to mint at a dutch auction starting at 2 ETH. Many Beanz holders have expressed frustration in being left out of this collection due to not receiving an airdrop and also being placed behind Azukis for mint priority. Nonetheless, the excitement for this mint is undeniable and it will likely mint out without problem at 2 ETH before ever reaching the public mint.
